Black Sheep Juice Co S started with a simple frustration: why was it so hard to find juice that actually tasted like fruit — not sugar water with a health halo?
We opened our doors in Wahiawa because our neighborhood deserved better. Better ingredients. Better flavor. Better service. Every cold-pressed juice, every smoothie, every loaf and pastry is made right here, from scratch, every single day.
We're the shop that says no to concentrate, no to pasteurization for the sake of shelf life, and no to pretending something's healthy when it's loaded with added sugar. If it wouldn't sit in your pantry, it doesn't go in our juices.

Most juices on the shelf have been sitting for weeks — pasteurized, sealed, and stripped of the enzymes and living nutrients that make them worth drinking. We do it differently.
- Cold-pressed, not centrifuged — slow extraction preserves flavor and nutrients
- Pressed the morning of — nothing older than 24 hours leaves our kitchen
- Zero added sugar — sweetness comes from fruit, never from a bag
- Locally sourced when possible — Hawaiian fruit and produce wherever we can find it
- Small batches, daily — we stop pressing when the day's done, not when the container's empty
